About Restore at Home Physiotherapy

We assess how you move and manage everyday tasks in your own home, then agree on goals with you. Rehabilitation is adapted to your space, routine and progress.

How we work

  • Assessment. The first visit looks at your symptoms, movement and the everyday tasks that matter to you, in the place you do them.
  • Agreed goals. We discuss findings and options with you and agree on goals together, such as walking at home, managing stairs or getting out of a chair.
  • Adapting tasks. Exercise, education, functional practice and hands-on treatment where appropriate are fitted to your home and routine.
  • Reviewing progress. Follow-up appointments check how you are responding and adjust the plan.
