We review your workstation, movement habits and work tasks in relation to musculoskeletal symptoms. Assessments can be in person in eligible GTA areas or by video while you are physically in Ontario.
Reviewing your workstation
We discuss your work routine and symptoms, observe the workstation and relevant tasks, then discuss possible adjustments and position changes. Follow-up recommendations depend on your response and goals.
In-person and video assessments
Reviewing your workstation helps relate recommendations to your equipment and tasks. Options include:
- In-person visits in eligible GTA areas, depending on location and scheduling
- Video assessment while you are physically in Ontario, where the visible setup and your needs can be assessed appropriately

We can assess your workstation in relation to your symptoms and tasks, then discuss possible adjustments.
Contact us before booking about employer requirements. Formal reports, employer correspondence, equipment procurement and on-site corporate programs are not included unless separately confirmed.

Is virtual ergonomic assessment available?
Video assessment may be suitable while you are physically in Ontario, if the relevant setup and needs can be assessed by video.
Do you recommend specific equipment?
We can discuss equipment options and workstation adjustments, but equipment procurement is not included unless separately confirmed before booking.
Can an employer request an assessment?
Yes. Contact us before booking to confirm the scope, availability and any employer requirements.
Will I receive a formal written report?
Reports and other deliverables are not included by default. Confirm any requirements with us before booking.
Fees for this service
In-home physiotherapy
Initial assessment: $200 / 60 minutes.
Follow-ups: $200 / 60 minutes · $150 / 45 minutes · $100 / 30 minutes.
30-minute home follow-ups depend on location and time availability.
Virtual physiotherapy
Initial assessment: $150 / 60 minutes.
Follow-ups: $150 / 60 minutes · $100 / 45 minutes · $75 / 30 minutes.
All fees are in CAD. We provide receipts for you to submit to your extended health insurer. Coverage depends on your plan. No additional travel or parking fees.
