Virtual care: Video appointments may suit some needs if you are physically in Ontario during the appointment. Virtual physiotherapy
Condos and residences: Visits can be arranged in condos, apartments and retirement residences, subject to building or facility access rules and scheduling.
Family and caregivers: Family or caregivers may help coordinate and take part where appropriate. We discuss care with the patient when they are capable of consenting; otherwise consent comes from an authorized substitute decision-maker.
